Salary: AUD77,000 to AUD85,000 plus Superannuation

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Plan and adjust menu and product mix to align with customer demand and Professors Charcoal Chickens’s authentic brand identity.

· Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels while upholding consistent service quality across all operations.

· Develop and enforce purchasing policies to ensure quality, cost-effective sourcing of ingredients and supplies.

· Set up menu pricing and implement marketing initiatives to drive sales and maintain profitability.

· Coordinate local marketing, digital promotions, and community engagement to strengthen brand visibility.

· Implement weekly meal special deals and seasonal campaigns to increase customer traffic and loyalty.

· Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and upselling items on the menu.

· Train staff confidently advise guests on menu choices, ingredients, and meal pairings.

· Oversee accurate inventory control and ensure timely stock reconciliations.

· Maintain reliable records of sales, cash flow, and operational transactions for reporting.

· Prepare and monitor store budgets, analysing performance against revenue and cost targets.

· Recommend actions to improve financial outcomes while sustaining brand standards.

· Enforce compliance with all food safety and workplace health regulations.

· Conduct regular safety audits and staff training to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.

Requirements

· Completion of Diploma degree or above.

· A minimum of one year of work experience as a Retail Manager or equivalent roles.

· Strong leadership, sales, and business skills.

· Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
