The Opportunity

We’re seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead operations across all our venues and drive service, compliance, and performance to the next level.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll oversee bars, cafés, and restaurants — managing beverage contracts, cellar operations, POS systems, stock control, and team leadership.

This is a high-impact, on-the-floor role that combines operational excellence with genuine leadership. You’ll be a visible presence during key service periods and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across all outlets

Lead and support the Cellar, Café, and Bar Teams

Manage supplier contracts and product selection

Maintain POS systems (SENPOS preferred) and analyse performance data

Monitor stock control, COGS, and GP% to achieve financial targets

Coordinate F&B promotions with Marketing and Venue Managers

Ensure compliance with RSA, Food Safety, WHS, and licensing requirements

Drive staff training, engagement, and service consistency

What You’ll Bring

You’re a motivated hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-venue environment. You combine strong people leadership with a sharp eye for quality, compliance, and results.

You’ll need:

Proven experience in F&B management (multi-site experience highly regarded)

Deep knowledge of beverage contracts, cellar operations, and stock control

Experience with POS systems — SENPOS preferred

Solid understanding of RSA, Food Safety, and WHS standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
