Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth coordination of front and back-of-house activities.

Ensure compliance with food safety, OH&S, and workplace health regulations.

Lead, train, roster, and supervise staff across all operational stations — grill, burger prep, salad and sides, and service counter.

Maintain high customer service standards and promptly resolve any customer feedback or complaints.

Manage budgets, monitor sales reports, and control expenses to ensure profitable operations.

Oversee store presentation, cleanliness, and effective display of menu boards and promotional signage.

Support catering operations for large takeaway and group orders, ensuring accurate fulfilment and quality presentation.
