We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our store operations and drive business success.

Position Description:

The Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, maintain inventory control, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a passion for the fast-paced food retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, high standards, and smooth service delivery.

Oversee store accounts, ensuring financial transactions are accurate and compliant.

Plan staff rosters and manage labour costs effectively.

Monitor inventory levels, place stock orders, and manage supplier relationships.

Address and resolve customer feedback professionally.

Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

Prepare and review operational and financial reports to drive performance improvements.

Collaborate with leadership on promotions, sales strategies, and business growth initiatives.

Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma in business or management.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail management or managerial role.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong knowledge of inventory control, customer service standards, and POS systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food safety regulations is highly desirable.
