Your mission:
You’ll lead our housekeeping and food services operations with energy and purpose. From mentoring team leaders to overseeing cleaning, catering, and serveries, your goal is simple: deliver exceptional service and create a culture of excellence.

What you’ll do:

Build, motivate, and mentor team leaders to empower their teams

Manage daily operations, rosters, inventory, and budgets efficiently

Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, infection control, and aged care standards

Drive continuous improvement and respond to resident feedback with solutions

Champion a resident-first approach in every aspect of service delivery

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a Certificate IV in Hospitality or Frontline Management

Has a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

Brings 7+ years’ leadership experience in hospitality or aged care (3+ in a senior management role)

Has experience coaching teams and implementing service & compliance standards

Is skilled in budgeting, rostering, and stock control

Lives and breathes safety, collaboration, and excellence

Bonus points if you:

Have aged care quality standards knowledge

Hands-on experience in housekeeping, catering, and laundry best practices
