We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations, inspire our team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and outstanding customer satisfaction

Plan menus in consultation with chefs to ensure quality, variety, and profitability

Plan and organise special functions and events

Arrange the purchasing and pricing of goods in line with budgets and operational needs

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and financial transactions

Ensure dining areas and facilities comply with health regulations and maintain a clean, functional, and attractive appearance

Confer with customers to assess satisfaction with meals and service, and handle feedback professionally

Select, train, roster, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff to maintain high standards

Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and communication

Take reservations, greet guests, and assist in taking orders during busy service periods

Drive sales and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the venue

About You:

Minimum 3 year’s experience as a Restaurant Manager

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and compliance requirements

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and evenings
