The Role
Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, this role oversees the day-to-day operations of a combined restaurant and bar that services guests from morning through to late evening. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of leadership, service excellence, and commercial acumen to reinvigorate the team and enhance the overall guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily restaurant and bar operations across lunch, dinner, and late service
• Driving a positive team culture focused on guest satisfaction and consistency
• Managing rostering, stock control, and P&L reporting to optimise efficiency
• Overseeing beverage operations, including wine list management and supplier relations
• Coaching, developing, and mentoring the front of house team

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Restaurant, Bar, or F&B Manager in a busy hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
• In-depth beverage and wine knowledge with a passion for service excellence
• Demonstrated understanding of financial management and workforce planning
• Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach to daily operations
