We're currently hiring for:

Restaurant Manager As our Restaurant Manager, you'll lead the front-of-house team to deliver an elevated and seamless dining experience that reflects the standards of fine dining.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service

Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to maintain a positive and high-performing team culture

Manage reservations, floor plans, and guest flow for efficient service

Collaborate with the Head Chef and owners to highlight local produce and beverage offerings

Monitor budgets, rostering, inventory, and overall financial performance

Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and hygiene standards

Handle guest feedback and uphold our reputation for excellence

About You:

Proven experience in restaurant management similar premium venue

A minimum of 2-3 years of restaurant management experience is required

Strong food and beverage knowledge with a passion for local ingredients

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences

Professional presentation and great communication skills

Availability for weekend and evening shifts
