Has proven experience managing or supervising a Bistro or Dining Room

Leads with a hands-on, front-of-house approach

Possesses strong food and beverage knowledge

Is passionate about team development and conducts regular training sessions

Has exceptional attention to detail and communication skills

Presents professionally and builds genuine rapport with guests

Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a true love for hospitality
