Little Wolf Restaurant at Mitolo Wines is searching for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team in the heart of McLaren Vale — one of South Australia’s most celebrated wine regions.

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind every great guest experience. You’ll lead a dedicated team, deliver warm, genuine hospitality, and ensure the seamless operation of our busy restaurant and events.

You’ll work closely with our Executive Chef and FOH team to showcase the best of Mitolo — where exceptional food, wine and service come together.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, train and inspire the Little Wolf and Frankie front-of-house team

Manage daily service operations with energy and attention to detail

Deliver exceptional guest experiences in both restaurant and event settings

Collaborate with kitchen and cellar door teams to elevate food and wine pairings

Manage rosters, budgets and cost control

Bring creative ideas to enhance service, events and overall guest engagement

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader

A genuine passion for Italian cuisine, premium wine and service excellence

Strong leadership, communication and people management skills

Operational knowledge of restaurant systems and financial management

Calm, confident and professional presence under pressure

Experience in winery or destination dining venues (highly regarded)
