Senior Call Centre Officer – 6-Month Contract | Goulburn (On-site Only)
$37.39 per hour + super | 20 hour OR 35 Hour options available | No work from home

About the Role
This is a 6-month full-time contract based on-site in Goulburn, with potential for extension. You’ll assist customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
Contractors will work up to 7 hours per day / 20 or 35 hours per week on a rotating roster between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. Shifts change every 4 weeks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service across phone and digital channels
• Assist with enquiries related to licensing and ID services
• Use multiple systems to find and share accurate information
• Follow procedures and meet service and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, office admin, reception, or similar roles
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Good computer skills, including email and navigating systems (Microsoft Outlook and Teams experience is a bonus)
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow set processes
• Previous government or contact centre experience is helpful but not essential
