Key Responsibilities

Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

Processing customer orders, quotes, and follow-ups

Handling enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally

Processing invoices and maintaining accurate customer records

Providing exceptional end-to-end customer service

Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently

Meeting performance targets and contributing to team goals

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment

Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Experience using CRM or ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Pronto (advantageous)

Ability to handle escalations and thrive in a fast-paced setting
