- Position: Direct Servicing Advisor (Cards & Digital)
- Type: Inbound call centre role
- Contract: 6-month assignment with potential to extend
- Pay: $37.13/hour + super
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week on a rotating roster (Monday to Friday, between 7am-9pm)
- Saturday Shifts: Occasional, remote (8am-12pm, 9am-1pm, or 10am-2pm)
- Location: 153 Macquarie Street, Parramatta NSW 2150
- Hybrid Work: After 10 weeks of training, transition to 3 days in-office and 2 days from home
- Call Volume: Handle approximately 40-60 inbound calls per day

Your new role
As a Direct Servicing Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their personal banking needs. You'll provide support for credit and debit card enquiries, internet banking, and mobile app usage - all while delivering exceptional service in a high-volume call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to 40-60 inbound calls daily, assisting customers with card and digital banking enquiries.
- Support customers with lost or replacement cards, balance transfers, and rewards
- Guide users through internet banking and mobile app features
- Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Provide tailored advice and product education
- Work across multiple systems and stay up to date with banking policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, call centre, or banking)
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (preferred)
- Passion for helping people and solving problems
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
