Success in the role of EdConnect Peel Liaison Officer is defined by the relationships you will establish and maintain with volunteers, school staff and within the community more broadly. These relationships underpin EdConnect's clear vision to maximise the number of students impacted by its school-based volunteer program to give children and young adults a brighter future.

You will be the vital link between EdConnect, partner schools and EdConnect volunteers.

You will:

bring a passion for student achievement

build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within schools

with management support, maintaine relationships with funding partners

create a skilled and willing volunteer network through recruitment and retention activities

engage and make presentation to local community groups and organisations

strive to meet individual and team targets

EdConnect has a powerful role to play in helping students achieve their best. The EdConnect volunteer program has proven its capacity to support students improve their literacy, numeracy and wellbeing, or to simply engender an interest in learning.

Reporting to your Area Manager, based in Bunbury, this part time, contract role will provide you with the flexibility to do other things, while making a significant contribution to your community through your work.

Working from your home office, EdConnect and your Manager will provide you with the guidance and support to achieve great things.
