About the role
As our National Education Support Officer, you’ll provide high-level administrative and program coordination support to the National Medical Education Manager and Clinical Leads within the GP Training Program. Working across diverse education portfolios, you’ll coordinate meetings, reports, and national initiatives that strengthen medical education delivery and ensure operational excellence across Australia’s GP training network.
As our National Education Support Officer, you'll also:
- Coordinate national meetings, training sessions, and education program activities.
- Assist with planning, organisation and development of resources to support medical education program delivery
- Prepare and distribute reports, agendas, papers, and minutes.
- Support the National Medical Education team with travel and event logistics.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality education outcomes.
Skills & Experience
- Strong admin or executive support experience in education/training settings.
- Exceptional organisation, communication, and time management skills.
- Skilled in MS Office with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborative, proactive, and calm under pressure.
