Due to growth, our client are looking for an experienced BDM, your sole focus will be growing and building the rent roll. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, networking, and converting leads into long term managements.

No portfolio management required, just focus on bringing in new properties to expand their property management team!

About The Role;

  • Actively pursue & prospect rental leads
  • No portfolio management required
  • Work closely with Property Management & Sales Agents
  • Manage all new business enquiries
  • Attend & schedule appraisals
  • Manage & develop landlord & tenant relationships

Salary up to $80K+Super+Commissions(Dependant on experience)

About You;

  • Proven experience in Real Estate as a BDM
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset
  • Agents Rep Certificate or Real Estate License (required)
  • Knowledge of the southeast Melbourne market (highly regarded)
  • A car and valid driver’s licence
