Your Role:-

Your main focus will be assisting with trailer sales: walk-in customers, incoming calls, emails and being hands-on.

Process quotes, orders, invoices and vehicle registration in our system

Liaising with workshop to prioritize daily orders, stock control and product requirements

Maintain a safe, tidy and presentable sales yard and office

Occasionally you may assist with workshop with basic duties with fitting basic accessories

You will be:-

A highly reliable and self-motivated individual

A good attention to detail and accuracy

Fantastic customer service experience

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Positive, can-do attitude with strong ethical and professional standards
