Role Overview:

We're looking for a motivated Internal Phone Sales Representative with a passion for customer service. In this role, you'll engage with wholesale customers and installers to offer product advice, process orders, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Make outbound cold calls to generate new wholesale customers.

Handle incoming phone and email enquiries for Shervey Power Products.

Provide basic product support and advice on off-grid power systems and components (training provided).

Build strong relationships with customers.

Prepare and follow up on quotes and orders in our system.

Update customer records and interactions in our CRM.

Collaborate with technical and warehouse teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

What You Bring:

Excellent phone manner and written communication skills.

Experience in phone sales, customer service, or account management.

Minimum 6 months of phone sales, customer service, or account management experience required.

Strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Comfortable learning technical information (training provided).

Self-driven, organised, and reliable – especially in a flexible work environment.

CRM experience is a bonus but not required.

Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position.
