Project Administrator – BSP Australia (Commercial Car Park Construction)
Location: Gold Coast, QLD
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to $70,000 + Super (depending on experience)
Applications: Must be fully conforming - read details at the bottom.
About BSP Australia
BSP Australia is a trusted subcontractor to Tier 1–3 builders across South-East Queensland, delivering complete car-park fit-outs, safety upgrades, and compliance installations including line marking, bollards, wheel stops, tactile indicators, and signage.
We’re under new ownership and actively restructuring operations to create a smarter, more systemised business built around people, technology, and growth.
You’ll be joining at the perfect time — as we refine our systems, introduce AI tools, and build the next phase of BSP Australia’s future.
At BSP, we like to work hard, make things happen, and have a laugh while doing it. We’re looking for people who want to be part of a team that’s proud of what it builds — people who are curious, proactive, and not afraid to get stuck in.
If you’ve got a great attitude, love learning, and want to be part of a no-nonsense crew that values hard work, teamwork, and keeping clients happy, you’ll fit right in.

The Role
We’re seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Project Administrator to join our growing team.
You don’t need a construction degree — just strong admin and Excel skills, great communication, and a willingness to learn.
If you’re humble, hardworking, and eager to grow, you’ll have direct access to the owner and gain real exposure across every part of the business.
This isn’t your average admin role. You’ll learn how construction projects run from start to finish, get hands-on experience with our Tier 1 and Tier 2 builder clients, and develop practical skills across importing, exporting, online store management, and even marketing.
You’ll also be part of our mission to systemise and automate the business using AI tools — giving you a head start in the future of construction administration.
The role is full time in our office at Ormeau with hours of 7.30am til 4pm Monday to Friday or as required.
Core aspects of the role:
Pre-Construction
Review scopes and estimates
Prepare internal project summaries
Order materials and coordinate deliveries
Assist with safety paperwork and inductions
Construction
Track progress and variations
Prepare and submit progress claims
Monitor job costs and update spreadsheets
Maintain clear communication with suppliers and builders
Post-Construction
Assist with O&M manuals and close-out documents
Track retentions and final claims
Keep records and cost reports organised
