They are now seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Site Manager to join their team for an upcoming $35m high-rise apartment build in the western suburbs. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a luxury apartment project that will leave a lasting mark on Perth’s built landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations, ensuring standards for quality, safety and program milestones are consistently achieved.
• Lead and coordinate all subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to achieve project outcomes in line with contract specifications.
• Oversee construction programs and sequencing works to maintain efficiency and minimise project delays.
• Enforce site safety protocols in line with legal and company requirements.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, design team and stakeholders to address on-site issues quickly and efficiently.
• Carry out quality control inspections throughout the build, ensuring the highest project standards are achieved.
• Keep clear, accurate, and up-to-date site records, reporting on progress, risks, and variations.
• Be the primary on-site Company representative, maintaining a professional and solutions-based approach.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years experience as a Construction Site Manager on high-rise or large-scale commercial projects.
• Possess a strong technical knowledge and understanding of concrete structures, façade systems, and fit-out sequencing.
• A demonstrated ability to lead and motivate site teams and build strong working relationships with consultants and subcontractors.
• Able to maintain program discipline and deliver projects to the highest of standards.
• Well versed in WA building codes, OH&S legislation, and construction best practice.
• A proven problem solver with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time efficiency skills.
