About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Project Manager / Site Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is critical to the successful delivery of residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with all building regulations and maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all building works comply with the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, and relevant building regulations.

Supervise construction activities to ensure safe, timely, and quality project delivery.

Conduct inspections at key stages of construction and address any defects or compliance issues.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Maintain accurate site records, reports, and compliance documentation.

Provide professional advice to clients on building requirements and compliance matters.

Uphold workplace health and safety (WHS) standards across all worksites.

Stay updated with building codes, legislative changes, and industry best practices.

Skills & Attributes

The successful candidate will have:

Strong knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards, and building regulations.

Ability to interpret and review architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.

Proven experience supervising construction works with a focus on compliance and quality.

Excellent project management and organisational skills to manage budgets and timelines.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Clear and professional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

High levels of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
