They are now seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead delivery of an upcoming $35m high-rise apartment build in the western suburbs. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a landmark project that will stand as a defining addition to Perth’s built landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of project delivery from contract award through to completion, ensuring programme, cost, quality, and safety objectives are achieved
• Develop and manage construction programmes, budgets, and procurement schedules in coordination with senior management
• Oversee and support the Site Manager and site team, ensuring works are sequenced efficiently and delivered to the highest standards
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to drive design intent, resolve technical issues, and maintain project momentum
• Monitor financial performance, variations, and claims to protect company interests and ensure commercial outcomes
• Oversee progress reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across all project stages
• Represent the company professionally in all dealings with clients, consultants, and external partners

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in commercial construction, including at least 5 years in a Project Management capacity
• Proven experience delivering luxury apartment projects ($20M+)
• Strong technical understanding of concrete structures, façade systems, and high-end fit-out
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in contract administration, project programming, and financial control
• Thorough understanding of WA building codes, OH&S legislation, and construction best practice
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence in delivery
