The company:

An established Tier 2 builder that focuses on new build & fit-out projects up to $100m in WA. They build in a variety of sectors such as Government, Health Care, Retail & Education. The company was founded over 50 years ago and since its inception, has grown year on year.

They require a Site Manager to help deliver a complex new build education project located North of the River.

Duties will include:

• Managing full site setup, logistics, and daily operations
• Coordinating and overseeing all trades, subcontractors, and site personnel
• Monitoring construction progress to ensure program timelines and quality standards are met
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (OH&S) regulations on site
• Leading site meetings and liaising with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Reporting to senior management on project progress, risks, and site issues

To be successful in your application you will require the following:

• Minimum 4+ years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
• Proven track record managing commercial projects up to $30m in value
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Strong understanding of OH&S regulations and site compliance
• Ability to manage teams and subcontractors independently with minimal supervision
