We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in the luxury residential sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering multi-million-dollar projects.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor/Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-value residential projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a trade background, coupled with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Site Supervisor role, with expertise in managing luxury homes ($1M+).

You must be confident driving a job forward, managing safety, have excellent structures experience with concrete and rammed earth experience a high attention to detail and the ability to manage high-end finishing trades. A strong commitment to quality and excellence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the construction of three luxury homes from $4-$7m, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee all on-site activities, including subcontractor coordination, material procurement, and site safety.
• Collaborate closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager to address challenges and optimise performance.
• Uphold a strong focus on customer service, ensuring a seamless experience from design inception to project completion.
• Maintain strong industry relationships and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence through meticulous project execution.
