The company:

Our client is a well-established WA-based commercial builder with a proven track record delivering high-quality projects across education, health, industrial, and commercial sectors. Known for their supportive, family-oriented culture and strong reputation for safety and delivery, they continue to secure repeat work with long-term clients.
They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a $20M school project, consisting of two major components, a new aquatic facility (including demolition and rebuild of an expanded pool) and a full refurbishment of the existing high-performance sports centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers effectively
• Monitor safety, quality assurance, and site compliance
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and the internal project team
• Report project progress to the Project Manager

About You:

• Trade-qualified (preferably Carpentry background)
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects valued $10M+
• Exposure to education, institutional or complex refurbishment projects ideal
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Ability to manage detailed programs with minimal supervision
