As the business grows, we’re looking for a hands-on Operations & Relationship Manager to help lead our team, oversee daily operations, and make sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll be the key link between the office, the site crews, and our clients. You’ll organise jobs, support the team, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and mentoring site staff across multiple demolition and strip-out projects

Overseeing daily scheduling and logistics across Sydney

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Coordinating with supervisors, estimators, and subcontractors to keep jobs on track

Ensuring WHS and environmental compliance on all sites

Supporting tenders, job costing, and resource planning

Identifying opportunities to improve operations and team performance

About You

You’re a people-first leader who knows how to keep crews motivated, clients happy, and jobs moving. You’re organised, practical, and comfortable managing both people and processes.

You’ll need:

3+ years’ experience in an operational or project management role (construction, demolition, or related trades)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Solid understanding of site safety, compliance, and scheduling

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Current driver’s licence (White Card preferred)
