About E-Green Electrical

E-Green Electrical is one of Australia’s fastest-growing energy efficiency companies, delivering sustainable and cost-effective solutions across residential and commercial markets — including solar, air conditioning, lighting upgrades, batteries, hot water heat pumps and more.

Our mission is simple: make energy efficiency easy, accessible, and reliable for every Australian home and business.

Position Overview

The Contract Manager plays a critical role in expanding, managing, and supporting E-Green’s network of subcontractors — including electricians, HVAC installers, plumbers, and solar technicians.

This role ensures every contractor is properly onboarded, compliant, supported, and performing to E-Green’s operational standards. The Contract Manager will also travel regularly to visit job sites, meet contractors face-to-face, and maintain strong working relationships across NSW and interstate regions.

This position is ideal for an astute tradesperson looking to transition off the tools or a project management professional experienced in coordinating field teams, compliance, and operational delivery.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused — someone who can balance administration, compliance, and field operations with ease.
