We are seeking a skilled and motivated Draftsperson, Designer, or Architect with strong estimating experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing detailed drawings and documentation from concept to construction, while also assisting with project cost estimates and material take-offs.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of drafting and design experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop architectural drawings and design documentation

Assist with project estimating and tender preparation

Coordinate with consultants, builders, and clients

Ensure compliance with building codes and standards

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting/design software

Strong understanding of construction methods and materials

Experience in cost estimating or quantity take-offs

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Diploma level qualification required
