The role:

We’re looking for a talented Building Designer or Architect with experience in the multi-residential sector, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects and work closely with clients, consultants, and councils to bring thoughtful, innovative designs to life.

At Wardle Design, you’ll work on engaging projects that support both technical growth and interpersonal development in a friendly, supportive setting. We value a proactive attitude and a genuine desire to continually learn and grow within the role.

Key responsibilities:

· Produce drafting and design drawings using Revit

· Prepare clear and accurate town planning reports

· Produce detailed construction documentation using Revit

· Liaise with clients, council, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle

· Ensure all documentation meets industry standards and company expectations

· Manage timelines and juggle multiple projects effectively

What we’re looking for:

· Advanced Revit skills

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential design (preferred)

· Strong understanding of client needs and budget alignment

· Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management skills

· Solid knowledge of building codes and regulations

· Ability to manage projects independently

· A growth mindset and willingness to continually improve and adapt
