About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design & Project Administrator to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting both our clients and internal project team through the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with design selections and initial concept discussions

Coordinate the design process with architects, engineers, and consultants

Manage the pre-construction and post-construction workflow including planning, building permit applications, occupancy permits and maintenance

Liaise with suppliers and trades regarding pricing, scheduling, and materials

Support the Site Supervisor with administrative tasks throughout the construction process

Ensure accurate record keeping and efficient communication across all stakeholders

About You
You’re an organised and proactive individual who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects. You’ll have:

Strong communication and coordination skills

Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Recent graduate in Building or Design with 6 months+ experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general project documentation

Proficiency with Autocad/Revit
