As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team part-time and gain hands-on experience in real-world marketing operations.

Position Overview

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in developing, implementing, and maintaining marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role is ideal for a motivated marketing student who wants to apply their learning in a dynamic environment, gain practical experience, and contribute to a fast-growing energy technology brand.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

· Help maintain and update website content and product listings through WordPress and Shopify.

· Support email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns.

· Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

· Assist with the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product guides.

· Help monitor and report on digital marketing analytics, including ad performance and website traffic.

· Photograph and document new products, customer installations, and workshop activity for promotional use.

· Coordinate and assist with events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns when required.

· Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales teams.

Skills & Attributes

· Currently studying towards a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar field.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Basic understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.

· Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).

· Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms (advantageous but not essential).

· Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with initiative.

· Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn.
