About the Role
We are seeking a confident, energetic, and service-driven individuals to join our Front Office team at Pullman Brisbane Airport. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, delivering warm, personalised, and professional service to our guests throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed guest expectations.

Ensure guest confidentiality and privacy through strict adherence to security procedures.

Liaise with other departments to ensure guest and group needs are met.

Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.

Accurately manage guest accounts and process charges in a timely manner.

About You:

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.

A proactive, can-do attitude and team-focused mindset.

Previous experience with Opera Cloud and Third-Party Agents is preferred.

Ability to work under high pressure, and a fast-paced environment.

Excellent grooming and presentation.

Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
