About the Role:
We’re seeking a driven, hands-on leader to coordinate the operations of our Community Centre and design programs that promote inclusion, independence, and connection. You’ll oversee CAS rosters, lead a small team, and deliver structured activities that make a measurable difference for people living with disabilities.

You’re organised, energetic, and motivated by results. You love turning plans into action and creating meaningful community impact.
You’ll Bring:
Experience in community, disability, or aged care program coordination.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver inclusive, high-quality centre-based and outreach programs.
Lead and support a small team of staff and volunteers.
Manage daily operations, CAS rosters, and budgets efficiently.
Build partnerships with local organisations to expand engagement.
Track and report on program participation and outcomes each month.
Maintain food safety compliance and ensure a safe environment for all.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in disability support or a related field is highly desirable.
Qualifications in Diversional Therapy, Community Services, Disability, or Aged Care.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (may be required to assist participants with transportation)
Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
Paid NDIS Worker Screening Card (or willingness to obtain)
