About this opportunity
Reporting to the Fundraising and Campaigns Manager and working as part of a team of 5, the Community Fundraising Coordinator is a frontline supporter-facing role.
You’ll provide support, guidance, resources and encouragement to hospital staff, community members, schools, clubs and other community groups who fundraise to support this charity.
Your job is to make sure every fundraiser in the community feels valued, connected and inspired to make a difference!
Key performance requirements include:
coordinate and grow grassroots fundraising, DIY and community-led events
develop a calendar of events and activities to encourage involvement
provide day-to-day support and encouragement via phone and email
develop and distribute toolkits, resources and communications to make fundraising simple and rewarding
ensure all fundraisers are thanked, recognised and connected to the organisation
identify opportunities for fundraisers to increase their financial support
track and report on participation, income and satisfaction.

You’re tech-savvy and comfortable managing platforms, emails and systems.
You enjoy juggling calls, enquiries and admin to keep things running smoothly.

You’re ready to bring a can-do attitude, fresh approach and energy to revitalise a program full of potential.
You’re committed to collaboration, accountability and adaptability.
You’re willing and available to represent the organisation in the community and at events, including some evenings and weekends (time off in lieu available).
