About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven, people-focused Workforce Coordinator to join our South Brisbane team. In this role, you’ll build and manage rosters that keep services running seamlessly, support recruitment and onboarding for support workers, and ensure workforce compliance with NDIS standards and internal policies.

You’ll work closely with Service Managers and the leadership team to balance client needs, staff availability, and operational requirements - keeping our workforce organised, supported, and ready to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain rosters to ensure adequate coverage across all services.

Adjust rosters in response to staff leave, client changes, or emergencies.

Support recruitment and onboarding of new support workers, ensuring they’re roster-ready and compliant.

Track training, clearances, and workforce compliance documentation.

Work collaboratively with Service Managers and admin staff to align rosters with client needs.

Use rostering software to maintain accurate data for payroll, reporting, and audits.

About You
You’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in getting the details right and understand the importance of communication, fairness, and consistency in workforce management.

You’ll bring:

Experience in rostering or scheduling (disability, health, or community sector preferred).

Knowledge of SCHADS Award conditions and rostering compliance.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in rostering and Microsoft Office software.

An understanding of NDIS workforce and compliance requirements (desirable).
