The opportunity
We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to apply for the role of Casual Senior Customer Service Office at the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre.
You will need high level of communication and interpersonal skills, dedication to providing excellent customer service, a positive and methodical work ethic and proficiency in general computer use.
You will undertake various clerical, administrative, and customer service tasks and be capable of working within a team of dedicated staff.
This is a casual position, with shifts available across weekdays, weekends, and evenings. The Centre operates 7 days a week from 5:00am to 10:30pm, availability must be clearly stated in your cover letter.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Sound communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team
- Ability to work in a very busy environment
- Demonstrated numeracy, cash handling and cashiering skills
- Well-developed organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
- A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to participate in a full pre-employment medical that includes drug and alcohol testing

This Casual Level 3 position is paid at a rate of $44.54 per hour (inclusive of a 20% casual loading). Additional rates apply for all ordinary hours worked on a Saturday (25%) and Sunday (50%).
