Our client is Australia's leading supplier of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) for residential, commercial, and light industry customers in Australia and New Zealand, being the leading provider and has developed safe, sustainable, and innovative energy solutions for more than 350,000 homes and businesses across a variety of applications and industry sectors.

Seeking friendly Customer Service for administration tasks, being predominantly a call centre-based role, including emails, phone calls, assisting with accounts, and customer liaising. Main point of contact with customers to assist in areas such as establishing accounts, customer enquiries, processing orders and payments, advising customers on usage and delivery, selling and arranging installation of appliances, and managing debtors.

• $39.72, plus penalty rates for Weekend, Public Holiday and Overtime
• This is an ongoing casual position with the option to go permanent for the right candidate

Duties:

• Confidently interact with customers/clients in person and over the phone as being first point of contact.
• All administration aspects of customer transactions, including filing, updating records, banking, correspondence, price adjustments, phone calls, processing orders, invoicing/sales.
• Liaising with customers on delivery times, selling, and arranging of installation of appliances
• Assist with monitoring and reporting to your manager on market and competitor activity, sales, leads, and feedback on marketing activities.
• Comply with industry and company policies

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: Strong administration and accounts processing skills with Call Centre experience
• Well Presented: Must be well presented and punctual
• Computer literate: Experience using multiple packages and willing to learn
• Customer Service: Confident telephonic skills and Customer Service presence
• Physically fit & healthy: Must be able to pass a Medical and Drug, and Alcohol Screening
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Residential Live within 30 minutes of Canning Vale with own reliable vehicle
