About the role:

Ideal for psychology students seeking hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

We are seeking a mature-minded, highly skilled applicant with reception / call centre experience (medical or similar background will be highly regarded).

As the first point of contact in this varied and pivotal role, you must have:

Excellent interpersonal, communication and client service skills.

Proven ability to display initiative and high attention to detail.

The ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure.

Ability to work well within a close-knit team environment.

High standards of grooming and personal presentation.

Understanding confidentiality is essential, as well as demonstrated advanced computer and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide a range of professional front office reception and administration duties.

Provide superior customer service as the front line of the organisation.

Manage multiple line phone system (answer and forward incoming calls, take messages and handle general enquiries).

Schedule client appointments.

Assist and greet clients face-to-face.

Assist and support clients via our new webchat function.

Provide high-level administrative and business support to all teams and employees within the organisation.

Database management.

Manage the office housekeeping.

Preparation and maintenance of confidential client files and records (both physical and electronic).

Taking ownership of the general email inbox.

Interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

We have two part time roles (3 days per week) available at our brand new Mandurah Office, along with our head office in Osborne Park.
