We’re on the lookout for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused legends to join our casual pool of Customer Service Officers. Whether you're greeting guests with a smile, helping members with bookings, or keeping things running smoothly at reception — you’ll be the face of our fantastic facility.

As our facility is a 7 day operation, you will be required to work weekends and be flexible to work across a range of short shifts including early mornings and evenings (unfortunately this position does not accommodate working during school hours).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming and assisting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Handling bookings, memberships, and general enquiries
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Leisure Centre
• Creating a positive and inclusive experience for all visitors

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine love for helping people
• Great communication and multitasking skills
• Previous customer service experience (bonus points for leisure or fitness industry!)
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts
