Your Role:

Lead the kitchen alongside our Executive Chef, Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef

Help plan menus and develop new dishes

Manage daily kitchen ops, keeping everything running smoothly

Inspire and support the team to deliver top-quality food and service

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a leadership or management role in a busy kitchen

Strong team leader who knows how to motivate and get the best out of others

Passionate about food and creativity

Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills

A commitment to hygiene, food safety, and a high standard of work
