Coming into the busy season, we’re growing our team across all venues! We’re on the lookout for passionate and talented chefs to join our expanding hospo group - the teams behind Si Paradiso, El Grotto, Found Subiaco, and Found Lab in Byford.

Whether you’re a Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, an experienced Pizza Chef, or Commi Chef ready to step up, this is your chance to be part of a group that’s redefining what hospitality can be.

From coastal margs & tacos at El Grotto to the amazing energy at Si Paradiso, from the brewery atmosphere of Found Lab to the buzzing heart of Found Subiaco, each of our venues brings something unique to the table. Ideally, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

· 2+ years of experience in a similar role

· A passion for food, people, and delivering memorable experiences

· Ability to manage a section in a high-energy environment

· Attention to detail, consistency and strong communication skills

· Strong WH&S practices and communication skills

Negotiable salaries depending on experience level! Full time and casual roles available.
