About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Phone Conversion Team Leader who can rebuild, refocus, and lead our HQ phone team to new performance standards. Based in Olympia’s Nerang HQ, this role is for a proven closer and coach who leads through action, data, and accountability.

You’ll take control of a team that needs structure and energy — creating systems, scripts, and habits that scale output, boost conversions, and sustain results. You’ll retrain, refocus, and reshape the team to reach elite performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Rebuild and lead the HQ phone team with clear structure, targets, and accountability

Personally handle sales calls to demonstrate excellence in communication and closing.

Listen to sales calls to identify gaps, coach performance, and ensure script consistency

Develop, refine, and enforce data-backed sales scripts — no freestyling

Create performance systems and track call data, conversion metrics, and output volume

Develop strategies to scale call capacity and sales results efficiently

Produce accurate daily and weekly reports that define progress and reveal trends

Run focused, fast-paced sales huddles that build energy, discipline, and drive

Collaborate with leadership to align scripts, follow-up systems, and performance KPIs

About You

Proven history of high phone sales conversion and leading top-performing teams

Analytical and data-driven, with sharp insight into sales patterns and performance metrics

Knows how to cut through noise and increase volume output without losing quality

Expert in using CRMs, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive accountability

Strong communicator — persuasive, precise, and confident

Resilient, decisive, and unafraid to challenge underperformance

Passionate about building a disciplined, high-output team culture

Full-time, on-site position at Olympia HQ, Nerang QLD
