We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Team Leader to join the crew at JIMMY’S Burger & Co — Cairns’ home of great burgers, good vibes, and genuine hospitality.

As our FOH Team Leader, you’ll take charge of leading the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional customer experience every service. You’ll be hands-on, energetic, and focused on maintaining high standards across service, product quality, and atmosphere.

Strong hospitality or management experience in a fast-paced venue

A great eye for detail and a commitment to consistency

A passion for people — both guests and your team

The ability to teach, train, and lead with positivity and care

You will be:

A natural leader with strong hospitality or management experience

Passionate about creating great guest experiences and delivering genuine hospitality

Confident in training and guiding a team to deliver consistent service and high standards

Positive, caring, and supportive — someone the team looks up to and enjoys working with

Proactive in maintaining venue standards and driving smooth daily operations

Someone who brings good energy, leads by example, and makes work fun for everyone

A communicator who values teamwork, feedback, and collaboration

Your responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting the FOH team during service

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Training staff on JIMMY’S systems, standards, and service style

Delivering warm, genuine hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Upholding venue standards and driving a fun, professional culture
