Valiant Recruitment, in partnership with a respected organisation in the maintenance industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Service Team Leader to join the team based in Brisbane’s Northern Suburbs (various locations available). This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role that combines people development, performance coaching, and customer-focused sales.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead, coach, and support a team of sales and customer service agents
• Drive performance and achieve branch sales targets through strategic team leadership
• Guide agents in converting warm leads and renewing customer services
• Conduct daily huddles, monthly one-on-ones, and ongoing training sessions
• Foster a culture of growth, development, and success
• Monitor KPIs, reporting, and ensure consistency in the customer journey

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in team leadership
• Availability to work a 6-day rotating roster between the hours of 7:00AM-7:00PM (Mon–Sat)
• A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• A natural coach and motivator with a passion for helping people grow
• Competency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (Microsoft 365 and Genesys experience a bonus)
