We're seeking a highly organised, proactive, and energetic Administration Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, coordination, and client engagement across the business.
About the Role
As our Administration Coordinator, you'll be the central point of coordination for the business - managing day-to-day operations, supporting our leadership team and keeping our internal and external communications aligned.
This is a diverse role, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, bringing structure to ideas, and driving follow-through. It will combine office management, executive support and client experience. You'll act as the "glue" across all departments, ensuring alignment, accountability, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of office operations and ensure accountability across Service, Projects, Estimating, HSEQ, and Finance teams.
· Provide administration support to the SLT
· Coordinate HR administration, including onboarding and compliance
· Fleet Management
· Implement, refine, and maintain business processes and systems to drive efficiency and consistency.
· Act as a client-facing representative, strengthening relationships and supporting new business opportunities.
· Coordinate proposals, meetings, and client communications.
· Proactively identify challenges and drive solutions across the business.
· Ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on time and to standard.
You'll bring
· Previous experience as an administration or operations coordinator (ideally in a construction or services environment)
· Strong organisational and communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
· A can-do attitude!
· A process-driven mindset with proven ability to implement and follow through on systems
· You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and excel at keeping multiple moving parts aligned.
