I’m working with a growing, multi-services contractor that’s built a strong name for delivering quality HVAC and Fire solutions across commercial and residential sites.

They’re busy, expanding, and looking for a reliable Service Coordinator / Scheduler to join their team.

The Role:

You’ll be at the centre of it all, scheduling technicians, managing maintenance jobs, liaising with clients and suppliers, and making sure service delivery runs without a hitch. It’s a fast-paced, people-focused role where communication and organisation make all the difference.

Day-to-day you’ll:

• Schedule and allocate HVAC and Fire service works across multiple teams.
• Liaise with clients, techs, and suppliers to keep jobs flowing and up to date.
• Monitor progress, manage reports, and keep records accurate.
• Support the Service Manager to deliver great outcomes for clients.

You:

• Come from a coordination, scheduling, or admin background — ideally within HVAC, Fire, or building services.
• Are calm under pressure, good with people, and enjoy solving problems.
• Are proactive, organised, and take pride in your work.
