We are looking for a Finance & Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic Brisbane team! This is a key support role involving accounts receivable, invoice and purchase order processing, shipping coordination, and general office administration and support. You’ll work closely with our team, customers, suppliers, and freight agents to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role
This position is perfect for someone with strong administrative or bookkeeping experience who enjoys variety, shows initiative, and takes ownership in their work. The ideal candidate would bring a positive, reliable, and solutions-focused attitude to the team. You'll be stepping into a role that will gradually take over duties from a valued existing long-term staff member, with opportunity for ongoing development and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable and customer invoicing

Reconcile transactions and accounts in QuickBooks (experience in Xero or other software also welcome)

Issue and track purchase orders

Liaise with customers, suppliers, and freight/shipping providers

Assist with tracking shipments and coordinating logistics paperwork

Provide general administrative support to the wider team

Support our project and operations managers with financial and order-related tasks

What We’re Looking For

Experience in bookkeeping, accounts, and administration

Confidence using QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)

Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

An organised, efficient person who is able to work autonomously when needed

A reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude!
