Are you an organised multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We’re looking for an Administration Officer to join our team in Seven Hills, supporting operations across the medical devices and healthcare sector.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in supporting managers and staff, managing customer requests, processing orders, and ensuring daily operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Process quotes, questions, and purchase orders across multiple business units and regions
Manage and close service tickets in Zoho
Handle backorders and generate related reports
Process GRAs (Goods Return Authorisations)
Maintain general office and boardroom organisation
Update pricing and marketing databases
Support the Service Department and Office/General Manager with various administrative tasks
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Ability to stay calm and productive in a busy, fast-paced team environment
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
