We are looking for a switched-on office all-rounder to provide professional front line customer service and administration support for the regional team and its customers.
About the Role
As a Customer Service and Admin Support Officer you will be responsible for:
- A variety of word processing, records management, data entry, office administration and customer service duties
- Providing consistent high quality front line customer service (including initial advice, information, guidance, escalating and redirecting issues as required)
- Managing customer information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity
- Providing feedback and information to contribute towards an ongoing improvement in customer and administrative service activities
- Undertaking accounts receivable services including cash receipting, debt management assistance and financial reconciliations in accordance with agency standards and procedures.

About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and brings a proactive, team-oriented mindset to their work. This role is highly visible and interactive, serving as a key point of contact for the Central West team, so professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling data and information
- Confidence in engaging with both internal colleagues and external customers
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration (highly regarded)
- A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn and adapt
