Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Prepare, analyse, and draft program and project information, reports and briefs that will guide leaders to make informed decisions, optimise program performance and foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, forums, steering committees and working groups by and liaise with the project teams, including performing secretariat duties for key program governance forums and coordinating submissions, presentations and papers.
• Develop and implement effective administrative, financial, program and project processes, contribute to improvement initiatives, and maintain regular reporting to key stakeholders.
• Provide support to various project and/or program management activities assigned to the team.
Requirements of the role:
• Thinks critically and acts on the broader purpose of the system and makes considered, ethical and courageous decisions based on insight into the broader context.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills collaborating across multiple business areas and project teams to support program/project objectives.
• Knowledge of governance processes and committee operations.
• Experience in drafting quality correspondence, reports, briefs and papers to facilitate accurate and timely decision making.
• Demonstrates accountability for the execution and quality of results through professionalism, persistence and transparency.
• Ability to interpret policy and procedural requirements to maintain accurate and timely administrative and financial records.
